Wolfgang Kolb has gained almost 20 years of management experience in sales, amongst others in companies as Carthago Reisemobilbau GmbH, AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group and ROHR Spezialfahrzeuge GmbH belonging to the automotive sector. In this role, Wolfgang Kolb replaces the previous CSO Frank Baumann. Frank Baumann will ascend to the role of BMZ Holding GmbH’s Group CSO and assume responsibility for the global sales apparatus within the rapidly growing group of companies. This step has become necessary as the BMZ Group has grown strongly in recent years not only on the international stage, but also as part of the expansion through company acquisitions along the vertical battery supply chain. By restructuring its management this way, the BMZ Group is going to be able to focus more intensively on synergy effects within the group.
